Reggie resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her best friend/soulmate/husband Jack. They have an interesting blended family of 6 adult children, 11 grandchildren, and are gratefully surrounded and supported by a soul-circle of wonderful neighbors and friends.

Her varied experiences in this incarnation as a home health aide, caterer, pizza maker, job enrichment coach for the developmentally disabled, and for the past 23 years working as an Addictions Counselor, have led to these insights and problem solving tools, at this perfect moment, in this perfect time.
